Benji's is a corner-shop bakery in south Anchorage where a graffiti mural crashes into pistachio danishes and lychee-rose croissants get pulled from the oven three times a day. We're small on purpose — every tray is worked by hand, every batch sells out, and closing time is a suggestion when there's still dough on the bench.

Filipino roots. French technique. Alaskan weather. Cruffins in the morning, banh mi at lunch, ube cream puffs whenever the mood strikes. Come in cold, leave warm, and don't skip the boba.
